Worship led in a modern, contemporary style can be found on Sunday mornings at 9:30. Worship bands, complete with a rocking rhythm section and brass ensemble, lead intense and meaningful worship. Jeff Carnie, our Contemporary Worship Pastor, and his team of accomplished musicians are committed to creating an energetic environment that encourages freedom of expression, adding to the authenticity of worship. Music is taken from Israel Houghton, Hillsongs Australia, Travis Cottrell, Tommy Walker, the Brooklyn Tabernacle and Chris Tomlin, just to name a few. You will find if difficult to resist tapping your feet to the beat and raising your hands to the Lord. All of this, interspersed with the use other artistic forms and a meaningful message by Senior Pastor Jason Whalen, is intended to make remembering, learning about and responding to God authentic, meaningful and significant for those whose worship language flows best through modern Praise and Worship.
