Thanksgiving 2012
Because of the generosity of so many of you, Loving Hands Ministry was able to be a blessing to so many families. Between the “Concert for Cans” effort and the can and dry good donations from many of you the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving, we were able to share your generosity with others. Again, we collaborated with Anna Kirchgater School to provide for families which were identified by them as in need of assistance. We served 33 families.
The HELPS fund and Loving Hands Ministry will together identify families in our community and church who are in need of assistance during the Christmas holiday. The privilege of serving individuals needing help is beyond fulfilling. It helps to keep things in perspective, it is a reminder of our purpose, “to be the hands and feet of Jesus.”
